Muskegon PRO AM Fishing Tournament is a proud member of the Lake Michigan Tournament Alliance (LMTA). To hold a seat on the LMTA Integrity Council, the Muskegon Fishing Tournament has adopted the following eligibility clause:

• The Muskegon Fishing Tournament is open to any fishing team willing to participate and abide by official tournament rules and Michigan DNR regulations. 
• The Tournament Committee reserves the right to decline entry or participation by any person, team or boat, as deemed necessary, to ensure such things as integrity, image, reputation, and financial performance and community relationships with sponsors, participants and supporting groups.

All Boat Captain’s are required to sign this application. By submitting this application, submission serves as a signed agreement to all statements herein. 

Please accept this entry and payment as my application to participate in the Muskegon Pro-Am Tournament. By submitting this entry form,  I agree to hold the Muskegon Pro-Am committee, sponsors, their officers and directors, affiliates or Adelaide Pointe employees harmless and blameless from any form of liability of any kind for injury, damages, loss of life, disfigurement, dismemberment, pain and suffering that may be caused by the Captain or crew of any registered teams during the entire duration of the tournament.
